It’s the morning of your wedding! Let me guess you haven’t eaten? Or you ate at 6am and your dinner is at 6pm. You may or may not get appetizers What should you be eating and how should you be eating it?
First assign someone to pick up breakfast or schedule out your order on doordash! Coffee, water, eggs, potatoes, and some sort of meat are a great way to start out your day. Ditch the bagels and sandwiches as they can make you fill over full and bloated!
While you are getting ready. Around lunch time make sure you have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut them up in bite sized pieces and use a fork so you don't smidge your lipstick. They will get you full and HYDRATED! So many people forgot to drink water on the big day.
Straws! Have straws for everyone - again lipstick.
