Wedding and Event Coordinator, Owner

I was born and raised on the Pacific coast near Half Moon Bay.  The beach, my family and my friends have my heart. I started in the restaurant business when I was 16 as a dish washer.   I slowly worked my way through the ranks, and by the time I was 22 years old, I was an event coordinator for a large restaurant chain.  For the next 13 years I absorbed best practices from different companies and their locations throughout the Bay Area. At one point I averaged 700 events a year for two different locations ranging from small baby showers, to 200+ guests wedding receptions. My last venue averaged 18 wedding ceremonies and receptions per season (late spring to early fall) since it was only an outdoor venue. I have event planning and coordination running through my veins.  I adore throwing small to large scale events and tweaking everything to suit the guests needs.

Month to Day of Coordination

(also known as Day of Coordination)  starting at $1,200

 

Have you done most of the planning but want to actually enjoy your wedding day? Do you need help tying up all the loose ends and making sure that your wedding day goes smoothly? Then this package is for you! I come in a month before the wedding, reviewing plans, touch base with vendors and develop a detailed timeline to ensure that your event is perfect. I want you to enjoy the most important day of your life!             

 

Day off Coordination Includes-

Complimentary consultation (up to 1 hour)

Two in-person consultation (up to 1 hour each)

Review contracts

Contact vendors one month prior to wedding

1 hour of personal service at rehearsal

Wedding guidance (contact via email/phone)

Coordinate/generate event timeline & venue diagram

Handle distribution of payments to vendors (1 week prior or on day of wedding)

Finalize details with vendors (1 week prior to wedding)

Distribute final timeline to all vendors

Overseeing ceremony & reception set-up- 8 hours of personal service on the day of wedding
