Who are we?
Over the past 24 years, I've learned best practices from various companies throughout the Bay Area. From a dishwasher at a restaurant when I was 16, I have worked through the ranks and became an event coordinator for a small restaurant chain at 22.
I am a huge fan of putting on parties of all sizes, being one step ahead of my clients' needs, and personalizing them to deliver cherished occasions. Organizing and event planning runs through my veins; it gives me an unbelievable joy to attractively bring people together and share the experience that creates meaningful interaction.
Whether it's coffee, wine, or a Spicy Margarita,
I prefer to drink in peace and quiet as an entrepreneur and all-around juggler.

Tiffany is a fantastic Corporate Event Manager as well as a wedding planning and executing partner. With her 16 years of front-of-the-house expertise, she is able to efficiently anticipate requirements and execute tasks even before they become necessary, all while offering exceptional assistance to the team.
She loves being a dog mom and enjoys drinking spicy margaritas (with Nicki) when she has the opportunity. She adores visiting Costa Rica and dreams of visiting Bora Bora, which she considers her ultimate holiday destination.

A hard worker with boundless energy, Lauran knows how to put that energy to good use. Her previous experiences working in fast-casual restaurants in various front-of-the-house positions enable her to remain calm under pressure and establish creative solutions.
She is an extrovert and a people person, and like her favorite characters, Harley Quinn and Iron Man, she is very strong-willed and loves to use sarcasm to lighten the mood. She's the life of the party!

When it comes to working with children, Jessica is a natural.
She can easily entertain, be awkward, and be playful with them. As our social event assistant, she leverages her organizational effectiveness and keeps a keen eye for order and fine detail.
An exceptional RDA as well as a wonderful mother. She loves the serenity and natural beauty of the beach, especially when sipping on a Corona with lime and sea salt. She has aspirations of traveling to Ireland someday.

Sienna is an outstanding event professional and Deals Advisory Associate by day, with a passion for puzzles by night. With experience as a consultant, President of BAP, and receptionist, she brings unique expertise and a knack for holding any veil, no matter how long.
She enjoys sipping Moscow Mules and Hell or High Mango beer. Hawaii is her favorite travel destination for its relaxing vibes, and her dream vacation is Japan.

An exceptional event professional with around 10 years of hospitality experience, known for her quick thinking and resourcefulness.
She is a fun-loving mom who enjoys Disney, making smiles, and creating memories. She loves throwing parties for friends and exploring cute coffee shops around the Bay Area. At night, she unwinds with a good movie, popcorn, and a glass of wine.
Lake Tahoe holds a special place in her heart, and her dream vacation is exploring Italy's Amalfi coastline.

Although she’s just starting out with no events or hospitality experience yet, Alexia is eager to dive in.
