Nicki was AMAZING!! We had hired her for a day of coordinator but she did much more than that. She took the time to understand what we needed to make our day special, and because of her, our wedding went as smoothly as we hoped for. She was attentive to every detail, communicated regularly, and gave great advice/tips. She helped create a specific timeline of the day to send to all vendors and made sure everything was on track from the rehearsal to the wedding day. Thank you, Nicki, and your team for making us feel so confident and calm on our wedding day!

All the things people said leading up to our big day like “you won’t remember it because there’ll be too much going on and you’ll feel like you won’t have time to enjoy it” was completely untrue. My husband and I had the time of our lives and our big day was memorable from start to finish! We had moments we enjoyed between ourselves and got to interact a good
Amount with our guests. This is all because we thankfully had Nicki and her assistant on our side.
We still say to this day that our wedding day wouldn’t have been the success that it was if weren’t for Nicki.
We are grateful that Nicki was our coordinator and our perfect day was even more perfect thanks to her knowledge, experience, professionalism, organization, and ability to keep things under control.
On top of this, Nicki is fun, personable, understanding and willing to ensure her clients’ vision is executed how they want. She even went above and beyond and far exceeded any expectations I had prior to hiring her. I can truly go on and on about Nicki and how if you’re thinking about booking her, do not hesitate! We are fortunate we had a chance to work with her and highly recommend her to everyone. :)

If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Working with Nicki is nothing short of amazing. The thought, timeliness, organization and attention to detail are just a few of the amazing things she will contribute to your event. I initially was going to coordinate my own wedding/not have a day of coordinator (huge mistake). During our wedding planning, my sister in law had a backyard wedding put on by Nicki; we knew in that moment we NEEDED her for our upcoming wedding! She made our wedding everything we could have imagined and more. Through postponements due to COVID, a last minute venue change, and other misc issues that popped up, Nicki kept the ball rolling and had solutions to each problem. Planning a wedding is stressful, and Nicki brings that stress to a manageable level. She will work her tail off from the time you hire her, to the end of your event when the guests are going home. Would recommend her for any event and will be using her for any future events of my own!!! We love you Nicki!

Nicki and Lauran are amazing. I hired them for a two month planning package and day of planning/coordination for our back yard wedding.
Our wedding day was PERFECT, there was not one thing I would change about it - It was hands down one of the best days of our lives. My husband and I and all of our guests had so much fun.
They did such a great job coordinating vendors. They can plan, but they can also execute an event that may be in a challenging/unique space.
I absolutely recommend them!!

EXCELLENT - highly recommend
Best decision of the wedding vendors to have Nicki as the wedding planner. Nicki and her assistant helped tremendously with up front wedding items. But the day of the wedding could not have gone more smooth with Nicki and Lauran, well work it. They treated this wedding as if it was their own. Would highly recommend.
